he return policy is as follows; if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 10 days from the USPS delivery confirmation receipt date for a refund minus shipping and handling charges and a restocking fee of 15%. You Must receive a Return Authorization number berore, no returns will be accepted without this written on the outside of box. RA number can be obtained by emailing info@bonitacreations.com or calling 310-490-0548. Items must be returned in original condion as they were sent out in. Please return items in a box with padding, insurance and tracking number to Bonita Creations, P.O Box 9184, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.
If you return an item and it is not in original condition that it was sent out in you will not be given a refund. If you would like the item returned to you, you will need to make arrangements to pre pay postage to return the item to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service. .

Shipping for domestic is $4.60 plus .25c each per additional item and usually ships within 2-3 business days. If you want insurance please email after order is placed to purchase as it is seperate and extra. Canada is about the same as domestic shipping. Unfortunately the website will charge you for international as in Europe but you will be refunded the difference of the actual shipping charges in your order. All other international shipping is $12.00 plus .25c per additional item.
