he return policy is as follows; if you are not satisfied with your items, you may return them within 10 days from the USPS delivery confirmation date of receipt for a refund minus shipping and handling charges and a restocking fee of 15%. You must receive a Return Authorization number before, no returns will be accepted without this written on outside of box. RA number can be obtained by emailing info@bonitacreations.com or calling 310-490-0548. Items must be returned in original condition as they were sent out in. Please return items in a box with padding, insurance and a tracking number to Bonita Creations, P.O Box 9184, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. If you return an item and it is not in original condition that it was sent in you will not be given a refund. If you would like the item returned to you, you will need to make arrangements to pre pay postage to return the item to you.     

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shipping is $4.60 plus .25c each per additional item and usually ships within 2-3 business days.
